چکیده
Food colors are considered the most important component of foodstuff for enhancing aesthetic appeal products. The rapid increase in population raised demand food materials, while wastewater from as-related processing industries is used irrigation. This study was conducted to examine genotoxicity industrial on plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). Three predominantly synthetic colors, including Azorubine E-122, Tartrazine E-102 and Allura Red AC E-129, were during this project. Rhizobacteria isolated agricultural soils treated with various concentrations red E-129 a 24 48 h duration. DNA extraction quantification performed through modified CTAB method, spectrophotometry agarose gel electrophoresis. A comet assay check damage. According results, all had caused significant damage depending upon concentration exposure time. extent by E-122 relatively greater compared other so fragmentation rate 86% 92% obtained at 1.25% h, respectively. current results have revealed devastation capacity accelerating distortion risk soil micro-flora, hence fertility soil.

Use of nitrogen-fixing bacteria to improve agricultural productivity
Nitrogen-fixing, plant-growth promoting bacteria are arguably the biotechnological tool of highest potential to improve agricultural productivity in short term. Nitrogen fixation and phytohormone production by these bacteria have been considered the most important factors for plant growth promotion. However, the underlying mechanisms responsible for productivity increases by associative bacteri...
متن کاملFerredoxins from Nitrogen-Fixing Bacteria
Two ferredoxins have been purified from N2-fixing Mycobacterium flavum. Ferredoxin I had a minimum molecular weight (by amino acid analysis) of 11 230 and contained 7.4 mol Fe and 7.0 mol S2per mol. The ratio of the absorbance at 400 nm to that at 275 nm was 0.7. Ferredoxin I1 had a minimum molecular weight of 13478 and contained 3.4 mol Fe and 3.2 mol S2per mol. The ratio of the absorbance at ...
متن کاملRecycling soil nitrate nitrogen by amending agricultural lands with oily food waste.
With current agricultural practices the amounts of fertilizer N applied are frequently more than the amounts removed by the crop. Excessive N application may result in short-term accumulation of nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) in soil, which can easily be leached from the root zone and into the ground water. A management practice suggested for conserving accumulated NO3-N is the application of oily fo...
متن کاملAmmonia Accumulation of Novel Nitrogen-Fixing Bacteria
Nitrogen is an essential element for many biological processes, including those occurring in plants (Ogura et al., 2006). Despite the abundance of atmospheric nitrogen, production of nitrogen fertilisers by the Harber–Bosch process is increasing annually due to the deficiency of ammonia produced by biological nitrogen fixation—the enzyme-catalyzed reduction of nitrogen gas (N2). Concern over ‘g...
متن کاملNitrogen-Fixing Bacteria in Eucalyptus globulus Plantations
Eucalypt cultivation is an important economic activity worldwide. In Portugal, Eucalyptus globulus plantations account for one-third of the total forested area. The nutritional requirements of this crop have been well studied, and nitrogen (N) is one of the most important elements required for vegetal growth. N dynamics in soils are influenced by microorganisms, such as diazotrophic bacteria (D...
